We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic Document/Print Management software technician with a genuine interest in solving peoples software issues.
The applicant should be technically competent, possess good written and verbal communication skills and be willing to collaborate with the wider Managed Print support team. The Managed Print Engineers are part of the remote/fix, Break/Fix Service, and are responsible for maintaining a large number of printing devices and therefore rely on all helpdesk engineers to be proactive throughout the day.
This includes troubleshooting issues, providing software and hardware maintenance, and overseeing the procurement of toners for our clients.
The successful applicant will also be part of a team working daily to ensure all internal “company” software applications are maintained and developed to help to help better our clients experience with us.
