Part-Time Office Administrator

We are a progressive company providing managed print services to a wide range of customers in the South East.

We have a vacancy for a permanent part-time office administrator.

Hours- 24 per week

 

Duties will include answering the telephone, dealing with and logging customer calls, stock management and distribution as well as all other areas of administrative tasks.

 

Responsible to the Office Manager the successful candidate will have to demonstrate the ability to work well with in a team as well as independently, have an excellent telephone manner,interpersonal skills and be competent in Microsoft Office and Excel.

 

Training will be provided in all aspects of the companies computerised and administrative systems.

 

Although this is a part time position you must be willing and able to provide planned annual leave cover and sickness cover at short notice, when required.
